Free printable Father’s Day cards make it quick and easy to send Father’s Day cards to all of the dads in your life.
Free printable Father’s Day cards are a simple yet meaningful way to recognize your dad and the other dads in your life (i.e., father-in-law, brother, friends, etc.). They’re ideal for sending Father’s Day greetings to dads who live far away and for finishing off any Father’s Day present.
I’ve created 12 cheerful printable Father’s Day cards, many with classic Father’s Day designs and popular Father’s Day quotes and sayings.
Printable greeting card supplies
All of the free printable Father’s Day cards in this post are sized for A2 cards. If you print the designs on other card sizes, they may not be formatted properly. You can trim white cardstock to 8.5 x 5.5 inches or you can purchase blank white A2 cards. If you trim the cards yourself, consider purchasing a bone folder to create a smooth, professional crease. Don’t forget to buy A2 envelopes as well!
My personal favorite source for greeting card supplies, including card blanks and envelopes, is Paper Source, which is what I’ve linked above. Amazon is another great place to shop for greeting card supplies. I’ve linked a few Amazon options below.
About the free printable Father’s Day cards
I’ve made two versions of each greeting card – one with a fold line and one without a fold line. For blank A2, pre-folded cards, the no fold line is ideal. If you’re trimming cardstock to size, it’s up to you to decide if it will be beneficial to have a fold line or not.
All of the free printable Father’s Day cards are one-sided, which means they’re blank inside. You get to finish the card with the personalized message of your choosing on the inside.
The printable Father’s Day cards are for personal use only. You may download and print as many designs as you like as many times as you like. You’re not authorized to sell the cards or to use the designs for commercial purposes. If friends and family would like their own Father’s Day cards, please send them to this post. Don’t redistribute the download files. Thank you!
The previews in this post are purely intended for preview purposes. They are low-resolution and not sized properly for A2 cards. Please use the download links to get the high-resolution versions.
A couple of notes:
- The actual cards don’t have black borders. I add black borders to my card previews because it gets confusing having so much white space.
- The cards with patterned backgrounds, as opposed to white backgrounds, may print with a small white border. You can easily trim it off.

Father acronym: Funny, brave, strong, hero, selfless, provider.
Father dictionary definition: a man who gives great advice and is always encouraging and protective.
Father poem: What Makes a Dad
God took the strength of a mountain, the majesty of a tree, the warmth of a summer sun, the calm of a quiet sea, the generous soul of nature, the comforting arm of night, the wisdom of the ages, the power of the eagle’s flight, the joy of a morning in spring, the faith of a mustard seed, the patience of eternity, and the depth of a family need.
Then God combined these qualities. As there was nothing more to add, He knew that His masterpiece was complete. He called it Dad.
